Yes, Friday is also known as ojo Jimo in Yoruba. both of these words were borrowed from Arabic.
Won ri Alamisi lati ara al-khams, eyi ti o tumọ si ikarun. Wọn si ri Jimọ lati ara Jumua'ah, eyi ti o tumọ si apapọ awọn eyan nitori irun alapapọ ti awọn musulumi ma n ki ni ọjọ na.
